Amazing Week of Screenings Across the UK

Barbara at the Brighton University screening with students. Click to enlarge.
We've had a great tour this week around the UK. Over 1600 people came to the six screenings from Glasgow to Brighton. We we're looked after at each screening and met some great people along the way. On the night of the Glasgow Film Theatre screening we walked into the cinema to introduce the film and were amazed to see a full house of 400 people on a wet and cold Tuesday night.
We also want to thank everyone who came and supported the film and who were so generous buying our signed posters and book "In Biba" written by Delissa Howard and Chris Price which are both available from www.beyondbibamovie.com.

Dinard Film Festival

We've just returned from the festival and it was a wonderful experience. Dinard is a beautiful town in Northern France and puts on a British Film festival every year. We had two screenings and had a great reaction to the film. We also had the chance to meet the other filmmakers which was invaluable. I wish we could go every year...

We saw Mugabe And The White African at the festival and it's a great documentary and comes highly recommended. It gives a truthful account of the war raging between Mugabe and the White African farmers in Zimbabwe. The film is an independent production like ours and they need all the support they can get. For more info Click Here. I met the film's producer Elizabeth Morgan Hemlock who gave us lots of great advice.
